Tenant Ka Yan Mok and landlord Zhi Xiong Guan faced off in BC's Civil Resolution Tribunal over shared rental issues. Mok moved out without proper notice, and Guan claimed $760 for unpaid rent and lack of a one-week notice. Mok argued rental misrepresentation, but the tribunal sided with Guan's evidence. Mok was ordered to pay Guan $783.25.
