Hot Market Alert! Metro Vancouver's Record Pre-Sale Release in June 2023 - 35% Sold!

Attention Metro Vancouver homebuyers!  June 2023 marked the largest pre-sale home inventory release in over a year, with 1,800+ units hitting the market.  Thanks to increased marketing and demand after the Bank of Canada's interest rate pause, the response has been incredible.  In fact, 35% of the homes were sold within the same month.  Looking ahead, July is set to bring 625 pre-sale units.  However, challenges arise from inflationary pressures on construction materials and labor.
