Home Insurance Coverage

The start of a new year is a good time to review your home insurance coverage.

According to the Insurance Bureau of Canada, water damage now accounts for more than half of homeowners’ insurance claims. Especially during winter times, there are more frequent occurrences of water damage incidents from rainstorms / snowstorms. 

It is important to make sure you fulfill your responsibilities as a landlord to ensure your home is insured. That way your home will be protected from unforeseen accidents. Talk to your insurance broker to understand more about your coverage.

 

2015 Annual Income Statement

Your annual income statement will be emailed out by the end of January, it will also be available online by logging into your personal online portal.

If you are still receiving printed statements, you can also make a difference and help save the environment by switching to e-statements. Just send us an email saying you would like to go paperless at marketing@NobleHomes.ca and we will start sending you electronic owner's statements!
