Noble collects all rents as per Rental Agreements, issues payments for expenses, provides monthly statements, as well as budget planning. Noble also takes care of all money matters for your commercial property. We will collect all rents, and issue payments for expenses such as property tax, insurance, utilities, and other routine property maintenance services. Our accounting team will also prepare monthly statements and financial statements, which will be accessible through our website portal. We will also prepare budgets as well as capital expenditures for your property.
One of the biggest concerns when it comes to renting out your property might be the worry about whether your unit will stay in good shape. When we manage your property, we will arrange all the repair and maintenance services as required, to provide you with a Worry Free® experience. We will also send out our certified property inspectors to conduct regular site inspections, to make sure there won’t be any unpleasant surprises!
We will comply all the terms under the signed lease agreement with the tenant and exercise the best effort to ensure landlord’s right is being respected. We will also review and ensure tenant's compliance to the Terms & Conditions on the lease.
We will also assist with negotiation of service contracts for the common area, as well as negotiation of favourable agreements with routine service providers.
